Is there any connection between premature ejaculation and erection problems?
I'm David Stamina... I've been helping guys overcome PE and ED for many years now and I know for a FACT: there is a strong correlation between PE and ED.
Today:
- Studies
- what do I see with my clients
- Causes for PE and ED
STUDIES
- Studie reviewed papers between 1996 and 2024 on ED & PE
- yes, strong correlation
- 30% of men with ED have PE
- 50% of men with PE have ED
MY CLIENTS
- Strong correlation yes, at least 50%
- losing erection mid sex, or right before penetration
- can't get it up at all
CAUSES of ED
- age, psychological, stress, diseases, medication, drug abuse, venous leak, PARTNERS MISMATCH etc.
- The general approach = find the cause and remove if possible, if not, use ED drugs.
- With my clients - always individual approach, if just psychological then removable, sometimes cock rings, sometimes ED drugs microdose or full dose.
- PE medication very problematic - SSRIs improve PE but worsen ED
- ED can sometimes "lead" to PE → compensatory overstimulation
CAUSES of PE
- lifelong PE: sensitive glans, low serotonin, hyper-arousability, basically genetics that you cannot change - but there are ways to last longer for LPE
- acquired PE: side effect of meds, drug abuse, going off antidepressants / SSRIs, diseases
DO THIS - IF YOU HAVE PE AND ED
- STEP 1 = find the cause
- STEP 2 = work on it, remove the cause if possible
- MINDSET = important - in every single case there is a GREAT satisfying solution to make you have amazing long sex with great erection. But it's very individual.
