Does Premature Ejaculation Improve With Age? Or Gets Worse?

Men who struggle to last in bed often wonder if AGE has anything to do with their stamina. Some think it gets better with age, others think it gets worse, so who's right?

Today I'll shed light on how age really influences your stamina. I'll share my personal experience and what I see with my clients.

Here’s what we’ll cover today:

  • The 2024 study on age and PE
  • When PE can improve with age
  • When PE can get worse with age
  • My experience and client observations
  • What it means for you if you're young or old.

Let’s start with the study.

The 2024 Study: Age and PE

A study from 2024 analyzed 2,772 men to find out if age influences premature ejaculation. You can check it out here: Age-related differences in the prevalence of premature ejaculation.

What they found is that for lifelong premature ejaculation (PE), it gets better with age a little bit. But for acquired PE, it doesn’t change anything. To quote the study: "Men with lifelong PE showed a decline in prevalence with aging, but that was not true for acquired PE."

So, lifelong PE improves with age, acquired PE does not. But it’s not that simple—there are situations where PE improves with age and situations where it gets worse. Let’s talk about why.

Why PE Can Improve with Age

Aging means less sensitivity in the glans and, in general, less hormones. You aren’t as quickly turned on like a young, hungry dog. So, less sensitivity and less horniness can help with ejaculation control.

But does it go away? Not really—it just improves a little bit, assuming your erection remains good with age. That’s the requirement.

Why PE Can Get Worse with Age

Age also usually means worse erections. That means you probably need more stimulation—visually and physically—to hold the erection. Unfortunately, that can accelerate your arousal buildup and thus ejaculation.

So, if your erection gets worse with age and you need to overcompensate with more stimulation, you will come even faster than usual. In other words, your PE might get worse.

My Experience and What I See with Clients

I’m 40, and I have lifelong PE. That means if I don’t do anything—if I don’t apply any methods that I use and teach in my coaching and courses—I will finish really quickly, after one or two minutes.

But what I can personally say is that with age I gained an easier basis ejaculation control.

However - I think it’s probably not because of my age but because of all the experience I’ve had and the techniques and methods I use, which are almost subconscious now.

So, that’s probably the real reason for better ejaculation control, not so much the age in my case.

With my clients who have premature ejaculation and want to get rid of it, I’ve had clients all across the board—mid-20s, mid-30s, mid-40s, 50s, mid-50s. One thing I can say for sure is this: unfortunately, starting at 45 years old, erection problems begin to show up, and sometimes even worse PE than before because they need to overcompensate with more stimulation just to stay hard. But - in every single case there is fantastic solution for it.

What It Means for You

IF YOU'RE YOUNG:

If you have premature ejaculation and you are young—let’s say mid-20s—don’t count on getting older to get rid of your PE. Your PE will only get better after you learn and apply all the methods and techniques that I teach in my coaching or programs. You definitely need to get rid of your performance anxiety, change your behavior during sex, and replace all your limiting beliefs that drive your anxiety and speed up arousal.

IF YOU'RE NOT YOUNG ANYMORE:

If you are in your 30s, 40s, or 50s and still have PE and see erection worsening as well, don’t worry. In any age, it’s absolutely possible to find the perfect solution for your situation and have amazing, long, intense sex. In some cases, you might need to compensate with something like cock rings or Viagra or Cialis—and with age, that’s okay.

But everything is individually different; some guys in their 60s have perfect erections without drugs.

If you’re sick and tired of your premature ejaculation and want to finally fix it, go ahead and book a free call here. We’ll go through your situation, see what’s realistically possible, and if I can help you. As soon as I see yes, I can help you, we can start the coaching and turn you into a fucking sex machine 🤘.
