- if acquired through going off SSRI → several months - OR never back to normal
When is PE not "curable"
- serotonin system destroyed by years long drug abuse
- lifelong below 1-2 min, genetic causes, even in studies
If you have lifelong "uncurable" PE
- not curable in the sense that you can't change your genetics
- BUT you still can have amazing long sex
